| 1. This series of products is soluble in common organic solvents and forms colloids in water. 2. Used as antistatic agent, emulsifier, rewetting agent, lubricant. Applicable in pesticides and herbicides, oil additives, textile lubricants. Serves as emulsifier for water-based inks and cosmetics. 3. Bis(β-hydroxyethyl) cocoamine is used as an internal antistatic agent for polypropylene and ABS. Also employed as antistatic and anticorrosive agent in steam generation and circulation systems. 4. Bis(β-hydroxyethyl) stearylamine is a specialized antistatic agent for plastics, used internally in polystyrene and polystyrene-acrylonitrile with excellent compatibility, heat resistance, stability, and significant non-toxic properties. Mainly applied in packaging films, daily-use plastic containers, mining plastic pipes, polypropylene fibers, etc. For example: adding 0.25 parts of this product (with 55% excipients) per 100 parts of high-pressure polyethylene produces mining pipes with surface resistance stabilized at 10⁸Ω, meeting technical requirements for mining pipes. Washing machine liners made with 0.3~0.5% of this product (with 55% excipients) in polypropylene resin are less prone to staining and easier to clean. Also used as oil emulsifier with anticorrosive properties. 5. Bis(β-hydroxyethyl) tallow amine is used as an internal antistatic agent for polyethylene. Dosage: 0.5~2%. | ||||||||||||||||||||
